Homecoming Dance Information

Homecoming Dance is on September 19, 2026, from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Tickets will be sold starting Tuesday, September 8th through Bound. Your Student ID is your passcode to purchase the tickets.

Ticket Sales Have NOT Started - No Tickets Available

The following is the process to bring a guest that does not attend Apple Valley to a dance:

  1. Give an AVHS Guest Form to your Guest with enough time to get it signed and returned by their school administration.
    1. Download a printable form to hand off to their school admin team 
    2. Paper copies of the Guest Form with directions are available with Ms. Stehly in the Main Office during school hours.
  2. The Guest student’s school administration must sign and email this form to AVHSGuestForms@district196.org.
  3. Once received, the AVHS student will be issued a passcode to buy a guest ticket in Bound or directly with Ms. Stehly.
  4. Guests may be limited on a First Come, First Serve basis based on amount applied to attend.

Forms will not be accepted after September 16th at 11:59 pm via email. This completed form is required to enter the dance.

This form must be completed to request permission for a person not attending AVHS to attend a dance. Only one guest per AVHS student is allowed. All guests are required to show identification at the door when checking in. Guests must be accompanied by their AVHS host. Guests must be under 21 years of age. Middle school students are not allowed to attend AVHS dances. Guests must follow all AVHS & ISD 196 rules.

Students at ALC, DCALS, and Dakota Ridge that are zoned at Apple Valley must also complete this form to purchase tickets and must purchase tickets in the AVHS main office. Students at these schools whose home school is AVHS may bring a guest. In that case, BOTH students must submit a guest form.
