Are your children up-to-date?
District 196 is partnering with Dakota County and Homeland Health to offer families easy, stress-free immunization opportunities. Immunizations are required for all students in Minnesota, with certain vaccines due in early childhood, kindergarten, 7th grade, and 12th grade.
All District families may access any one of our April clinics. No one will be turned away. Vaccination Clinics will bill insurance (If available), and vaccines will be provided at no cost for families without insurance.
Act Now. Skip the summer rush and set your child up for a smooth start for next school year. State law requires up-to-date immunization records or a valid exemption. Students may be excluded from school and related activities if vaccine records are not current.
